Actress and singer Yu Shuxin attracted attention when she wore a design by Vietnamese designer Viet Cuong Dam at an event within the framework of the World AI Film Festival (WAIFF) in Cannes, France.

For this event, Yu Shuxin chose a blue dress from the latest collection of the C.DAM brand, founded by designer Cuong Dam.

The designer shared with Tuoi Tre Online that Ngu Thu Han's team proactively contacted him recently. They were impressed by the designs in C.DAM's The Verge collection, with its unique design details.

According to Cuong Dam, after receiving positive feedback on the first pink outfit named Rosalind & Barbara, Ngu Thu Han's team continued to express interest in collaborating.

This blue design, named Elion, is part of The Verge's collection launching in April 2026 and is priced at approximately 52 million VND. The dress embodies a free-spirited vibe, with a striking detail of stylized metal accents on the chest.

Photos of Yu Shuxin at Cannes have attracted attention from fans on social media.

Speaking about The Verge collection, the designer added that the "touchpoint" is the subtle metallic sheen displayed on the draping fabrics and silhouettes, evoking both classic elegance and a free-spirited, contemporary feel.

This collection features designs with flowing balloon silhouettes, asymmetrical silk dresses combined with signature draping techniques. Additionally, bold color transitions contribute to the wearer's individuality.

Besides familiar colors like white, black, brown, and red, designer Cuong Dam also uses shades of Cerulean blue, Spanish pink, and Celestial yellow, creating a "summer dance."

To date, designer Cuong Dam has pursued fashion for 12 years, gradually establishing his mark through multi-sensory artistic activities.
