Through investigation, the motorbike theft occurred at a resident's house on Road 14, Tan Thong Hoi Commune, Cu Chi District (HCMC).

On the same day, Mr. TTS (residing in Tan Thong Hoi commune, Cu Chi district) confirmed that he was the person jogging after the suspected thief in the clip circulating online.

Accordingly, at noon on July 27, Mr. S.'s family members were taking a nap inside the house. At this time, a man walked to Mr. S.'s house to observe. Seeing the motorbike parked in the yard, the gate unlocked, this man went in, started the engine and drove away.

Hearing the noise, Mr. S. jumped up, ran after the suspect, and shouted. After running more than 100 meters but not catching up with him, Mr. S. turned back.

Security camera footage shows that at the time of the theft, there were people standing nearby in front of Mr. S's house, but the thief still boldly entered the house to steal the motorbike.

Mr. S. reported the motorbike theft to the police. Tan Thong Hoi Commune Police collected camera data to investigate and identify the thief.
