Theresia Fischer, 31, said her ex-husband came up with the idea and advised her to have her legs lengthened to increase her height.
She claims she knew nothing about the service until her ex-husband told her. She had her first surgery when she was 24, lengthening her legs by more than 8cm on each side.

She then underwent further surgery in March 2022 to lengthen her legs by more than 5cm. The combined cost of both surgeries was more than £128,000.
Theresia Fischer and her ex-husband Thomas Behrend first met in 2015, exchanging vows on the finale of Germany's Next Top Model in 2019. The couple announced their separation in September 2022, six months after the model's second surgery.
Theresia Fischer previously said she agreed to leg lengthening surgery to boost her self-confidence because she was bullied as a teenager.
"I felt happy and satisfied with my legs, but I encountered malicious comments and criticism online. Malicious comments caused me a lot of pain. With the leg lengthening method, I found confidence and overcame old wounds left by bullying" - the model confided.
Theresia Fischer has 141,000 followers on Instagram. She often shares her daily life, projects, and plans with her fans.
