According to the Vietnam Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers (VAMM), the second quarter of 2025 recorded a total of 611,236 motorbikes sold. Although this consumption decreased by 9.18% compared to the first quarter, it still increased slightly by 1.34% compared to the same period last year. On average, consumers nationwide bought more than 6,700 motorbikes per day.

VAMM currently has 5 members: Honda Vietnam , Yamaha Motor Vietnam, Piaggio Vietnam, Vietnam Suzuki and SYM Vietnam. These businesses provide nearly 100 models of vehicles in all segments from manual transmission, scooters to large-displacement motorcycles, meeting the diverse tastes of consumers.
In order to maintain purchasing power in a fiercely competitive market, car manufacturers continuously launch new versions and implement attractive promotions and after-sales programs to attract customers. Many dealers in Vinh Long take advantage of the back-to-school season, when purchasing power shows signs of recovery, to promote incentives and discounts, hoping to contribute to sales growth in the coming quarter.
