At the meeting, the delegation was reported by the leaders and commanders of Factory Z195 on the results of the implementation of tasks in 2024 and the direction of tasks in the coming time. Accordingly, in 2024, Factory Z195 successfully completed its key political tasks, producing thousands of tons of various defense products, reaching 135% of the annual plan, ensuring safety in the production process, quality products, and on-time delivery.

The production value of the Factory in 2024 will reach more than 1,395 billion VND; revenue will reach more than 1,487 billion VND, equal to 172% of revenue in 2023. Employment, income and working environment conditions of workers will continue to improve, with an average income of 23,903 million VND/person/month.

Regarding Party and political activities, the Factory thoroughly grasps and strictly implements directives, resolutions, plans, and instructions from superiors and the unit; strictly adheres to the principles of Party organization and activities; innovates thinking, style, and leadership methods in a scientific , effective, and practical direction; effectively implements the annual Emulation Movement for Victory and peak emulation periods.

In the coming time, the Factory will focus on completing all tasks of defense, economic and export production, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and on schedule. Strive for an overall growth of more than 10% compared to 2024, with revenue reaching 1,666 billion VND, and an average income of 24,968 million VND/person/month. Successfully organize the 5th Party Congress of the Factory, term 2025-2030; build a strong and clean Party Committee, a comprehensively strong Factory "exemplary, typical".

Speaking at the meeting, Major General Dinh Quoc Hung praised the results that Factory Z195 has achieved in the past time. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the unit needs to continue to innovate, improve the efficiency and quality of defense production; promote economic production, expand markets, diversify, gradually localize, automate, build smart factories; promote scientific research, technical innovation initiatives; effectively implement fire prevention and fighting, labor safety and environmental sanitation.
