Manchester City will attempt to close the five-point gap on Premier League leaders Liverpool when they host Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday evening.
Both Manchester City and Tottenham are looking to get back on track after suffering 2-1 defeats to Brighton & Hove Albion and Ipswich Town before the international break.
Latest Man City vs Tottenham squad information
Ballon d'Or winner Rodri will be at the Etihad this weekend to present his prestigious trophy, but the midfielder is still out recovering from an ACL injury, while Oscar Bobb (broken leg) is another long-term absentee.

However, Jack Grealish, Kevin De Bruyne, John Stones, Manuel Akanji and Phil Foden have all trained this week and will be tested ahead of kick-off, along with Ruben Dias, Jeremy Doku, Nathan Ake and Matheus Nunes.
The return of Stones, Akanji and Dias could see two of them start at centre-back, with Jahmai Simpson-Pusey making way and Josko Gvardiol moving to left-back, while Rico Lewis and Kyle Walker will compete for the right-back spot.
Erling Haaland scored four goals in two games for Norway during the international break and is expected to continue spearheading the attack this weekend, while Mateo Kovacic, Ilkay Gundogan and Bernardo Silva are all likely to start in midfield.
Tottenham will be without Rodrigo Bentancur as the midfielder was banned for seven matches by the Football Association (FA) for his comments about teammate Son Heung-min a few months ago. Spurs have appealed against the ban.
Richarlison and Wilson Odobert are also absent with muscle injuries, while centre-back duo Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero are major doubts with muscle and foot problems.
The absence of both Van de Ven and Romero could see Ben Davies partner Radu Dragusin in central defence, while Yves Bissouma could be recalled to replace Bentancur and slot into central defence alongside Dejan Kulusevski and either Pape Matar Sarr or James Maddison.

Latest Man City vs Tottenham football review
Manchester City suffered a 2-1 defeat at Brighton & Hove Albion two weeks ago, handing Pep Guardiola his fourth consecutive defeat in his illustrious managerial career. It is Manchester City's longest losing streak in all competitions since 2006 (six games) under Stuart Pearce.

Two successive Premier League defeats, including a 2-1 defeat to Bournemouth, have left City five points behind in-form Liverpool after 11 games. While it is too early to judge the reigning champions, they cannot afford to let the gap widen if they are to retain their fifth consecutive title.
City fans went into the November international break in a somber mood, but their spirits were lifted by the news on Tuesday that Guardiola had agreed a contract extension with the club for at least another year, while several of City's first-team stars have also recovered from injuries and returned to training in time for this week.
Man City are now preparing for a tough run of games – six in the Premier League and two in the Champions League – over the next 29 days, starting with Saturday's clash with Tottenham, a team they have won just three times in their last 10 Premier League meetings (H2 B5).
After four consecutive away defeats, Man City are looking forward to returning to the Etihad, where they are unbeaten in their last 52 games in all competitions, with a 35-game unbeaten run in the Premier League and have picked up 13 points from a possible 15 since the start of the season.
Ange Postecoglou's Tottenham have struggled this season after a promising start to last season, when they finished second in the Premier League, just one point behind Manchester City. However, they have now slipped to 10th place, 10 points behind Manchester City, after a run of inconsistent form.
Inconsistency has been a major issue for Spurs this season, with them winning five, drawing one and losing five of their first 11 Premier League games. Tottenham have also won four and lost four of their last eight games in all competitions, most recently defeats to Galatasaray and Ipswich.
Despite currently sitting in 10th place, Spurs have no need to worry, as they are just three points behind Chelsea and in recent head-to-heads, Tottenham have a good record against Man City, winning 2-1 in the EFL Cup three weeks ago.
In fact, Tottenham have picked up 17 points from their last 10 Premier League meetings with Man City, and have scored at least two goals in their last three trips to the Etihad, including a 3-3 draw last season - no team has scored more than once in four consecutive trips to Man City.
Tottenham's away form remains a major issue, however, with just four wins in their last 18 Premier League away games over the past 12 months. Since the start of March, no team has lost more games than Spurs (seven), and they have picked up just four points from five away trips this season.
