Accordingly, the products participating in the voting must be products that have achieved the title of typical IT products at the district level (district, town, city under the province); be industrial products, handicraft products, products aiming at OCOP, creative startups; products with development potential and the ability to find a consumer market to continue promoting local strengths produced by the IT facilities themselves and registered to participate in the voting.

The product does not violate regulations on intellectual property rights, industrial property rights and other regulations related to standards and regulations on quality, labor safety, labor hygiene, food safety and environmental protection.

In particular, the selected product, in addition to fully meeting the voting criteria according to regulations, is also capable of mass production in large quantities, is not a unique product, and meets market demand.

The voting subjects are industrial and handicraft products of industrial production establishments of small and medium enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups, and business households established and operating in accordance with the law; directly investing in and producing industry and handicrafts in the province.

Products participating in the vote include handicraft products (raw materials from wood, rattan, bamboo, leaves, sedge, water hyacinth, soil, stone, metal, various fibers, agricultural products).

Group of products for preserving and processing agricultural, forestry, aquatic products and food (raw materials are mainly produced from agricultural, forestry and aquatic products produced in the province).

Product group of equipment, machinery, tools and mechanical spare parts (producing complete finished products in Quang Nam from spare parts manufacturing to product assembly)...

Districts, towns, and cities must organize a contest to select outstanding IT products at the district level in 2024 before July 30. The deadline for submitting applications for the provincial contest is before August 30.

The Council for organizing the voting for typical IT products at the provincial level in 2024 completes the voting documents and proposes the Provincial People's Committee to recognize typical IT products at the provincial level in 2024 before October 30, 2024.
