Samsung employees respond to the event "Moving forward with Vietnam"

BAC NINH - On the morning of August 15, together with people in 34 provinces and cities, a large number of Samsung Vietnam employees in Bac Ninh and Thai Nguyen (Samsung's two largest mobile phone and component manufacturing locations globally) simultaneously put on red shirts with yellow stars, sang the national anthem and marched together for a united, strong and sustainable Vietnam.

This is an activity in response to the event "Moving forward with Vietnam", with the message "1 billion steps into the new era" jointly organized by Nhan Dan newspaper and the Ministry of Public Security , on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security.

Mr. Na Ki Hong, General Director of Samsung Vietnam said: "Samsung is proud that our staff are both the workforce that creates modern high-tech devices "made in Vietnam" and the hearts that are ready to beat with the country. We believe that every step of Samsung employees will join 1 billion steps of Vietnam in this meaningful campaign to create strength, belief and aspiration, moving forward with Vietnam."

Samsung is the largest foreign direct investor in Vietnam, with a total investment capital of up to 23.2 billion USD. During 30 years of accompanying Vietnam, Samsung has been constantly making efforts in community activities, contributing to the development of Vietnam.
