Some coaches have to manage their teams remotely during the initial stages of reuniting.

Specifically, three coaches including Van Sy Son (Quang Nam), Vu Hong Viet ( Nam Dinh ) and Phan Nhu Thuat (SLNA) are currently in Japan to complete the second phase of the Pro license course organized by AFC. This course lasts until July 21, while all three teams Quang Nam, Nam Dinh and SLNA will gather again on July 7. Therefore, during this period, the coaches are forced to temporarily manage their professional work remotely.

From Japan, coaches will prepare training plans and send them to assistants and the coaching staff for implementation. At the same time, meetings and training progress reports are also maintained via online platforms to ensure continuity in the preparation process.

In Quang Nam , assistant Cao Sy Cuong will directly take charge of the training sessions according to the training plan sent by coach Van Sy Son. Nam Dinh temporarily hands over the leadership to Technical Director Tran Trung Kien and assistant Bui Quang Huy. Meanwhile, SLNA will be temporarily managed by assistant Pham Van Quyet.

The reigning National Cup champions, CAHN, are one of the latest clubs to gather, scheduled to return to training on July 14. Notably, assistant coach Pham Thanh Luong of this team is also studying for a Pro license in Japan. Therefore, the CAHN coaching staff has prepared a plan for remote coordination between coach Polking and assistant coach Thanh Luong in the early stages.

Many other teams such as Ho Chi Minh City, The Cong Viettel, Binh Duong , HAGL, Ninh Binh and Da Nang will gather from July 7. Of which, HAGL will participate in a friendly tournament in Quang Nam from July 20 to 28, before going to Thailand for training. Binh Duong is expected to train in Khanh Hoa and Da Nang. V.League runner-up, Hanoi, will gather on July 10.

According to the plan, V.League 2025/26 will start on August 15. The National Super Cup match between Nam Dinh and CAHN will take place on August 8. The National Cup will start on September 13, and the First Division will start on September 19.
