Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Office builds solidarity, ensures good performance of tasks

On the afternoon of July 16, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh worked with the staff of the Provincial Party Committee Office to resolve difficulties and obstacles to ensure good service for the activities of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, concluded the working session.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office reported on the results of the tasks performed during the first seven months of 2025 in the following areas: advisory and general affairs; administration, document management, and archiving; digital transformation, information technology, and cryptography; Party finance; management; the operation of the Provincial Party Committee Guest House and Doi Duong Hotel; and key tasks for the coming period.

Comrade Vuong Ton Kien, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, reported on the difficulties currently facing the office's operations.

Leaders of specialized departments under the Provincial Party Committee Office addressed current difficulties and obstacles regarding infrastructure, software, human resources, and mechanisms in deploying and using the new operational management system transferred by the Central Party Office, as well as implementing Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW, dated June 19, 2025, of the Central Steering Committee on promoting interconnected, synchronized, rapid, and effective digital transformation to meet the requirements of reorganizing the political system's organizational structure in some communes, wards, and special zones; and resolving policies and benefits for officials…

Comrade Nguyen Khac Binh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, delivered a speech at the working session.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Khac Binh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, said that the Provincial Party Committee Office is currently focusing on completing the organizational restructuring and developing operating regulations to ensure the smooth implementation of tasks. The Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office affirmed that despite the large tasks, high responsibilities, and many difficulties after the merger, the staff of the Provincial Party Committee Office are focusing their efforts to best fulfill their assigned duties.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated the efforts of the staff of the three Provincial Party Committee offices before the merger. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that these efforts had made a significant contribution to the merger, and were highly appreciated by the Central leaders.

Following the merger, despite the enormous workload, urgency, numerous difficulties, unfamiliar situations, and frequently arising problems, the staff and employees of the new Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Office have made great efforts and demonstrated high responsibility, effectively implementing tasks and ensuring the best possible service for the continuous operation of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

"Although working quietly and discreetly, the staff and workers of the Provincial Party Committee Office have made a very important contribution to the implementation of the work of the provincial leaders in particular and to the development of Lam Dong province after the merger in general," Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh assessed.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh agreed with the key tasks that the Provincial Party Committee Office has identified for the coming period. In particular, he requested that, first and foremost, the organizational structure be urgently completed and working regulations be established to stabilize the initial foundation and effectively carry out related tasks.

"The Provincial Party Committee Office staff needs to build unity right from the start, because this is a fundamental and decisive factor in ensuring the best possible implementation of assigned tasks for the common development goals of the province," Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh requested.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assigned specific and detailed tasks for the immediate future and provided long-term guidance for each area, including general affairs, digital transformation, cryptography, governance, Party finance, the operation of the Provincial Party Committee Guest House, Doi Duong Hotel, etc.
