Many activities to welcome the congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels

Practically welcoming the Congress of the Fatherland Front at all levels, term 2025 - 2030, in recent times, the Front system and socio-political organizations in the province have deployed many meaningful projects and tasks, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encouraging people to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

Implementing Instruction No. 03/HD-MTTW-BTT, dated July 28, 2025 of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on organizing the Congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the provincial and communal levels for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the communal-level congresses must be completed before October 31, 2025; the provincial-level congresses must be completed before December 31, 2025.

Ms. Hoang Thi Luong Tam, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, said: The whole province strives to complete the Fatherland Front congresses at all levels on schedule. Propaganda work has been promoted through the radio system, mass media and integrated into village and hamlet activities, helping cadres, party members and people clearly understand the goals, plans and progress of the congress. Up to now, localities have completed political reports and documents that closely follow reality, accurately reflect the situation of the people and the great solidarity bloc; highlight results and innovative models; point out limitations, causes and lessons; develop action programs, review reports and discussions with practical content, scientific and innovative presentations.

To create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, immediately after receiving instructions from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Standing Committee of the Son La Provincial Fatherland Front Committee issued a plan to launch a special emulation campaign to welcome the congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, aiming to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the Fatherland Front system and the people, contributing to the completion of the local socio -economic development goals.

The emulation content is implemented in a rich manner, with the goal that 100% of the Fatherland Front Committees at the commune and ward levels and the Front working committees in residential areas have at least one specific project, part of work or model associated with patriotic emulation campaigns and movements. The selection of projects and parts of work is focused, suitable to the actual conditions of each locality, ensuring clear people, clear work, clear effectiveness and practical meaning, for the benefit of the people.

Son La Provincial Youth Union inaugurated the youth project "Bridge of Happiness" in Cho Cong village, Phieng Cam commune.

According to the plan, the Congress of the Fatherland Front of Chieng Mai commune will take place on October 24, 2025. Before the congress, the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune will carry out many practical activities such as propaganda on the village loudspeaker system; organize a conference to commend exemplary front officials for the period 2020 - 2025; build a "Bright - green - clean - beautiful" residential area model in Coi Quynh village; launch each village to have at least one welcoming project associated with the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".

Mr. Tong Van Cuong, Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Chieng Mai commune, said: Since implementing the two-level government model, the Fatherland Front of the commune has coordinated to clean up 14 km of alleys, dredge 9 km of sewers, plant 800 trees, build hygienic toilets, mobilize people to install solar lights on residential roads and plant more than 500 m of flower roads in the commune center, Vut Bon village, and Puong Vay village.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ta Hoc commune met to deploy preparations for the congress.

Towards welcoming the 16th Son La Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; 130 years of Son La province's establishment (October 10, 1895 - October 10, 2025) and the congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels, Son La youth have implemented many practical youth projects and tasks, contributing to the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas. Up to now, they have coordinated to inaugurate the "Happiness Bridge" in Cho Cong village, Phieng Cam commune; started two "Beautiful Schools for Children" projects at Buom Khoang point (Phieng Pan commune) and Co Ma 1 primary school point (Co Ma commune); built a people's bridge in Soc village (Muong Bang commune); inaugurated two "Happy Houses" for Giang Thi Cua and Vang Dai Quang in Hua Pu village, Phieng Cam commune.

The solar lighting system is a project to welcome the Congress of the Fatherland Front of Chieng Sung commune.

Mr. Cam Van Quyet, Secretary of the Cho Cong village Youth Union, Phieng Cam commune, said: The Cho Cong village stream spillway project put into use has practical significance, creating favorable conditions for nearly 150 preschool and primary school students of 3 villages: Cho Cong, Phe and Huoi Do to go to school safely. The civil work, "Bridge of Happiness" is a symbol of hope, helping small steps in difficult areas to reach knowledge and a bright future.

The results achieved in the emulation movement to welcome the Congress of the Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2025-2030 term continue to affirm the role of the Fatherland Front in gathering and promoting the strength of great national unity. At the same time, it encourages and motivates people to actively participate in emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Fatherland Front, contributing to the development of Son La.
