Many meaningful activities in the volunteer campaign "Pink Holiday" of the Provincial People's Committee

On the morning of June 7, the Provincial People's Committee Delegation organized the launching ceremony of the volunteer campaign "Pink Holiday" in 2025 with many meaningful youth volunteer projects being implemented.

The “Pink Vacation” campaign is one of the five key programs of the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, organized specifically for cadres, civil servants, public employees, young workers and laborers. The campaign aims to promote the pioneering and volunteering spirit of team members and young people in serving the community, and is also a practical environment to train the courage and skills of young people.

The Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Delegation consists of 1,608 members from 37 Youth Union units. The Youth Union units include advisory agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, regional state agencies in the province and state-owned enterprises in the area.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Ho Phuc Hai said that the "Pink Holiday" campaign in 2025 has a special meaning.

This is the time when our entire Party, people and army are striving to successfully implement socio-economic development targets; strongly implementing policies on innovation, digital transformation, administrative reform, and developing a green circular economy. This is also the time to prepare for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. That spirit requires each union member, youth, and young cadre to be dedicated, creative, and proactive on all fronts - from professional work, political tasks at agencies and units, to volunteer activities for the community.

This year's "Pink Holiday" campaign with the theme "Promoting expertise - Serving the community - Building the future" is being deployed synchronously throughout the province.

The campaign focuses on practical contents such as: Building and deploying teams "Supporting community digital transformation"; training and guiding artificial intelligence application skills, supporting people and communities to digitize records and documents; Implementing civil works, supporting the construction and repair of charity houses, schools, playgrounds for children, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

In addition, organize activities of "Repaying gratitude", taking care of families with meritorious services to the revolution; Implement social security activities, take care of community health in disadvantaged localities; Launch the movement of "Popular digital education", support youth and people to improve digital skills, legal knowledge, promote socio -economic development in the locality; Promote propaganda, spread the spirit of innovation, creativity, solidarity, build a beautiful image of Nghe An youth union members.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee has developed and prepared to implement a Plan called "Implementing the model "Bright School - Cool Class" in 2025".

This plan is a systematic solution to survey, assess the current situation and mobilize resources to support the installation of ceiling fans and lighting for classrooms that are lacking or do not meet standards. Thereby, contributing to improving school health, enhancing the spirit and quality of teaching and learning, promoting the comprehensive quality of education in the province.

To realize the plan, the Provincial People's Committee has the companionship and special professional support from the Youth Union of Nghe An Electricity Company.

With its functions and tasks, the Youth Union of Nghe An Electricity Company is identified as the unit with the main responsibility for technical and electrical safety in the entire process of implementing the plan. Union members will directly participate in consulting on the selection of equipment that meets standards and saves energy, surveying the current status of the electrical system, directly implementing or guiding and supervising the technical installation, ensuring electrical safety during and after installation.

At the launching ceremony, the Provincial People's Committee also launched the website "Contributing ideas to documents of Party congresses at all levels". The website creates an interactive cyberspace where cadres, party members and people can easily express their views and contribute constructive ideas to important documents of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term. This is an effective tool that helps save time and costs compared to traditional methods, promptly grasping the thoughts and aspirations of the people, thereby making appropriate policy adjustments, contributing to building an increasingly strong Party./.
