At Binh Phuoc Radio - Television and Newspaper Station (BPTV), a multimedia communication agency, the fleet of vehicles belonging to the Organization - Administration - Management Department is an important force contributing to the smooth operation of press operations.
With a staff of 5 members and 8 cars of various types, the fleet is small but always completes assigned tasks well, ensuring vehicles, safety and time for working groups on all roads.
After nearly 3 decades of continuous efforts and dedication, each member is well-trained, has professional qualifications, is experienced and always adheres to the motto "Keep the car well maintained, drive safely".
Not only are they drivers, they are also trusted companions, ensuring logistics for every trip of reporters and editors - regardless of day or night, holidays or Tet. "There were times when I had just returned from a long business trip, I had not yet had time to rest before receiving orders to leave that very night" - Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh shared.
Mr. Nguyen Van Cong confided: “The trips of hundreds of kilometers, the journeys through forests, over mountain passes, facing dangers from weather, terrain to the risk of accidents are always big challenges. However, we always maintain the spirit of being proactive, quick and absolutely safe.”
To do that, regular vehicle maintenance and inspection are always emphasized. Every technical detail and operating parameter is mastered by the members. In addition, sharing driving experience and practicing skills in handling real situations among members is also an important part in helping the fleet become more professional and adapt well to the increasingly high requirements of modern journalism.
Although the work is not glamorous and not on screen, the contributions of the fleet are always recognized and highly appreciated by the Board of Directors - Editorial Board and all staff, reporters and editors of BPTV. The fleet has been awarded many times and is a typical example in the emulation movement to excellently complete tasks at the agency.
In the journey of building the provincial press, the BPTV fleet is the “silent warriors”, always silently contributing, attached and devoted. They not only transport reporters to remote and difficult lands to work, but are also an indispensable part in the journey of bringing information to the people, contributing to the proud achievements of Binh Phuoc press in the flow of revolutionary press in Vietnam.
