Venerable Thich Tam Hai - Head of the HCM City Buddhist Information and Communication Department and editor-in-chief of Giac Ngo newspaper - said that up to now, there have been about 30,000 online registrations to visit Vietnam National Pagoda to worship the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc.
Among them, there are registered groups with about 1,000 people including Van Duc Pagoda and Quan Am Tu Vien in Ho Chi Minh City.
Many other groups have a large number of registrations such as: Thuong Chieu Zen Monastery ( Dong Nai ) 500 people, Minh Dao Pagoda (HCMC) 500 people, Tu An Pagoda (Vinh Long) 450 people, Minh Dang Quang Dharma Institute (HCMC) 400 people, Tu Nghiem Pagoda (HCMC) 400 people;
Chon Khong Zen Monastery ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau ) 330 people, Dieu Phap Pagoda (HCMC) 300 people, Tien Giang Province Buddhist College 250 people, Linh Phuoc Pagoda (Dong Thap) 200 people...
Time of worship from May 3 to 10
According to the organizers, the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc was invited from its place of preservation to Vietnam National Temple (242-244 3-2 Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City) at 6:00 a.m. on May 3.
Monks, nuns, Buddhists and people began to worship the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc from 1:30 p.m. on May 3.
From May 4 to 10, the area where the heart relics of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc are enshrined continues to welcome monks, nuns, Buddhists and people to come and worship according to the scheduled time.
Morning from 8am to 11am. Afternoon from 1:30pm to 5:30pm.
On the afternoon of May 5, the temple will stop receiving monks, nuns, Buddhists and people coming to worship.
This time the organizing committee reserved for leaders of international Buddhist delegations attending the United Nations Vesak Festival to visit the relics.
At 8:00 a.m. on May 11, the organizing committee invited the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc to be permanently enshrined at Da Bao tower of Viet Nam Quoc Tu.
The organizers said that the worship time may change, the announcement will be updated at Vietnam Quoc Tu, Giac Ngo newspaper and Giac Ngo Online .
Rules for monks, nuns and Buddhists coming to worship
Security work at the area where the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc is enshrined is given special attention.
The organizers said the security camera system at the memorial area is directly connected to the Ho Chi Minh City Police system, and the security force is divided into four main departments.

The space is decorated with a section displaying images and documents related to the 1963 Buddhist struggle and the event of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc burning himself to death for the sake of the Dharma.
The area where the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc is enshrined is solemnly decorated, convenient for organizing worship and ensuring absolute safety.
The organizers provide specific rules:
The Organizing Committee does not collect or accept any fees from anyone who comes to worship; does not accept wreaths or offerings.
Encourage and prioritize groups to register in advance according to the Executive Committee, monastery, dharma center, unit... through the office of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Ho Chi Minh City or register online.
Children under 2 years old, people with poor health, or people with inappropriate behavior or clothing will not be admitted to the place where the relics are enshrined.
Do not bring personal items, cell phones, cameras, video cameras, items such as weapons, explosives, flammable substances, food, drinks, or items that may disrupt order or affect the safety and solemnity of the temple.
All visitors must follow the instructions of the organizers, do not run/take shortcuts through the moving crowd; absolutely keep quiet, do not take photos or film inside the place where the relics are enshrined as well as areas with related content.
Monks, nuns, Buddhists, and people gathered in groups at the tent area next to the statue of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara in the grounds of Viet Nam Quoc Tu.
Parking for worship
There are three parking areas around the Vietnam National Pagoda grounds for people to visit the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc.
Monks and Buddhists can park their vehicles in the car and motorbike parking lot on Le Hong Phong Street, next to the back gate of Vietnam Quoc Tu Pagoda.
Motorbike parking at Hoa Binh Theater, 240 3-2 Street, Ward 12, District 10.
Car park at Ky Hoa Travel Center, 238 3-2 Street, Ward 12, District 10.
The organizers gave away 60,000 logos to monks, nuns, Buddhists and people who came to worship.
