In particular, the house and land lease contracts at the plots of land and assets on the land at 22A and 22B Hai Ba Trung have expired by the end of 2023 and are being renewed by Savina with State management agencies.

According to research, Savina previously planned to focus on investing and developing the Savina Plaza Cultural and Commercial Service Center Project at land plot 22A - 22B Hai Ba Trung Street to develop a business center for publishing books and cultural products, and at the same time form a nationwide book publishing network.

The center has a construction area of ​​approximately 3,683 m2, 6 floors above ground and 4 basements with a total investment of approximately 902 billion VND.

However, at the time of recording, the addresses at 22A-22B Hai Ba Trung were all being used for business lease.

Land plot No. 44 Trang Tien has a total area of ​​712.94 m2, currently used by Savina as a book supermarket.

Land plot No. 50A Hang Bai (Hanoi) has an area of ​​30m2, currently rented for jewelry business.

Similar to the two plots of land in Hai Ba Trung, the house and land lease contracts here have expired until the end of 2023 and are being renewed by Savina with state management agencies.

With 2 land plots in Dong Anh district and No. 2 Dich Vong, Savina was previously assigned by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and continued to use them for business activities according to the State's equitization policy.
