On March 15, at My Dinh National Stadium, Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SHB ) organized the Cultural Festival "Steadfastly entering the new era" on an unprecedented scale in Vietnam. Although the event has ended, the echoes of the festival are still deeply imprinted in the hearts of every SHB employee. Those are special moments, filled with emotions and pride, where each person in the SHB family feels the strength of solidarity, of tireless efforts and love for the common home.

As someone who has been associated with SHB for 17 years, Mr. Ly Anh Dao - Director of SHB Gia Lai said that the Bank has become an extremely important part of his life.

“Every morning when I wake up, the first thing I think of is SHB. Whenever I go on a business trip, right after getting off the plane, I will carry my suitcase from the airport straight to the office. I cannot be away from SHB. If I don’t go to the bank every day, I feel unhappy and can’t sleep or eat well,” Mr. Ly Anh Dao shared.

What impressed the Director of SHB Gia Lai most about SHB's culture is that it is like a common home, a big family. Everyone sympathizes, loves, shares and unites, working together towards a common goal. SHB's culture is not only a solid foundation for the Bank to develop but also the strength that connects thousands of people on the journey to reach out.

“I am getting older, but when I am with SHB, I feel my soul is getting younger and younger. SHB has helped me live in moments full of energy and enthusiasm, bringing me back to my most energetic time,” Mr. Ly Anh Dao confided.

And in SHB's nearly 32-year journey, Ms. Tran Thi Hoang Kim - Director of Tran Phu Transaction Office ( Can Tho Branch) has devoted herself to the bank for 31 years. Meanwhile, although he has only joined SHB for more than 1 month, Mr. Pham Khanh Duy - SHB Son La Credit Support Specialist was extremely impressed by SHB's youthful, dynamic, enthusiastic and dedicated working environment. Besides work, he has participated in many exchange and networking activities such as the Xuan Loc Phat 2025 sports tournament and most recently the Cultural Festival in Hanoi.
