In recent years, the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has been effectively implemented by Ninh Phuoc district, creating a widespread influence, contributing to promoting local socio -economic development, improving the spiritual life of the people.

Implementing the movement of physical training and sports to build a healthy and civilized society, agencies and units in the district have concretized it by building many models, programs and activities suitable to the local reality. The replication of advanced models, good people and good deeds has always been promoted by agencies and units, contributing to making the movement more and more regular. In addition, localities have included regulations on implementing civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals and festivals in the village's operating regulations, which have been supported by the people, gradually forming a healthy cultural environment from each individual, family and community.

Promoting the implementation of the movement of physical training and sports for building new rural areas and civilized urban areas in association with the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", localities have deployed models and self-managed organizations for security and order. Up to now, the model of "Peaceful parish" in Phuoc Vinh commune has been replicated; the model of shock security team; the model of self-managed clans for security and order; the model of residential areas and households committed to ensuring traffic safety in 65/65 villages and neighborhoods with 38,871 participating households; the model of "Lighting up the countryside roads", security cameras... have contributed to stabilizing security and order in the area.

In addition, the work of socialization, encouragement, calling, and creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to operate in the fields of culture and sports has been promoted, contributing significantly to serving the needs and improving the spiritual life of the people. Currently, the whole district has 9 cultural and sports centers of communes and towns; 65 cultural houses, sports areas of villages and neighborhoods; 26 stadiums, 74 volleyball courts, 11 mini football fields, 2 tennis courts and 3 gyms.

With the attention of local Party committees and authorities and effective solutions, the movement of physical training and sports to build a new countryside in Ninh Phuoc has achieved positive results, creating a change from awareness to action. Thereby, the material and spiritual life of the people has been improved, the spirit of solidarity and neighborliness has been increasingly promoted, people are increasingly aware of preserving and promoting national cultural identity, implementing well the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws and local political tasks. Through evaluation, the district currently has 62 villages and neighborhoods meeting the standards of cultural residential areas, 8/8 communes meeting the standards of new rural areas, 33,130 families achieving the title of Cultural Family, 100% of agencies, units and enterprises meeting cultural standards...

Comrade Ngo Khanh, Vice Chairman of Ninh Phuoc District People's Committee said: In order for the movement of physical training and sports to continue to be effective, in the coming time, the district will focus on leading and directing the movement to be linked with the implementation of the National Target Program on new rural construction; promote the socialization of cultural activities, invest in building cultural institutions at the grassroots level to attract a large number of people to participate, in order to bring the movement into depth. Strive for 75% of people to improve their enjoyment and participation in cultural activities, preserve and promote traditional cultural values; 40% of the population participates in regular physical exercise and sports; 100% of villages and neighborhoods maintain the title of Cultural Village; 91.5% of families maintain the title of Cultural Family; 100% of agencies, units and enterprises meet cultural standards...
