The forms of propaganda are diverse and flexible, associated with each content and movement at each time, including: Propaganda in conferences, seminars, specialized training sessions, knowledge competitions. Propaganda on mass media, editing, translating into Thai, Mong languages, etc. to broadcast to people. Propaganda is carried out in cultural, artistic, and dramatic forms; hanging banners, slogans, billboards, posters, leaflets, etc.

Thanks to that, according to Ms. Le Thi Thu Hang, in recent years, the good news is that the awareness and sense of law compliance of businesses and people in Son La province have had many positive changes, helping people understand their rights and responsibilities in resource management and environmental protection.
