The place known as “the most beautiful crack on Earth” in China

Enshi Grand Canyon in Hubei Province possesses a beauty that captivates many tourists.

Enshi Grand Canyon is located at the intersection of Hubei, Chongqing and Hunan provinces, about 49km from Enshi City and 39km from Lichuan City. The canyon is 108km long and is known as "the most beautiful crack on Earth". Its magnificent scenery is comparable to the Colorado Grand Canyon in the United States.

At present, Enshi Grand Canyon has been promoted to a national 5A tourist attraction and is known as a "natural museum of karst topography". The geological landscape here is rich and diverse, including sinkholes, ground cracks, cliffs, peak clusters, stone pillars, caves and underground rivers. Every corner here is very charming.

When you come here to sightsee, you will have the opportunity to take a deep breath of fresh air, making your body and mind feel cleansed, refreshed and extremely comfortable.

Standing on the slope of the towering cliff, it looks like a winding dragon, the magnificence is breathtaking. There is a 488m long corridor with 118 picturesque stone steps, carved on the cliff more than 1,700m above sea level and leading straight to the sky.

One step away was the abyss, the height difference was more than 300m, each step up made the heart beat faster, more excited. When reaching the last step, the magnificent scene before the eyes made everyone feel amazed, it seemed like all the difficulties had disappeared at this moment, only endless joy and satisfaction remained.

There is a vertical stone pillar, stabbing straight up into the sky like a sharp sword. Its height reaches over 150m, its diameter is at least 4m, standing proudly among the mountain peaks for thousands of years of wind and rain.

The cracks in the ground of this canyon create a breathtaking view. The cracks are 3.6km long and average 75m deep. Its beauty is hard to describe in words. Only when you stand here with your own eyes can you truly appreciate its breathtaking beauty.
