After nearly 30 years of operation with the first motorcycle factory with a production capacity of 500,000 vehicles per year, Honda Vietnam Company has now developed into a leading manufacturer of motorcycles and spare parts, providing a variety of Cub models, scooters, electric motorcycles... for the domestic market in Vietnam and globally, bringing convenient and safe travel solutions to customers.

On June 30, Honda Vietnam officially reached the milestone of cumulative production of 40 million motorbikes. This is an important milestone in Honda's development journey in Vietnam, and also the starting point for greater challenges in the future.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu emphasized that the 40 millionth motorbike production of Honda Vietnam Company is an impressive milestone, marking the journey of nearly 3 decades of Honda Vietnam Company in the province. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the positive contribution of Honda Vietnam Company to the socio-economic development of the province and neighboring localities; the company's constant efforts to innovate to bring to the market quality products at prices suitable for the people.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu said that from July 1, 2025, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho and Hoa Binh provinces will officially merge into a new administrative unit with an area of over 9,000 km² and a population of over 4 million people, creating a large development space, with a lot of potential and favorable conditions for investors, including Honda Vietnam Company. With the important "quad resolutions" of the Central Government on private economic development, innovation, and the strong commitment of the provincial government on administrative reform and accompanying businesses, the province is determined to continue to inherit and promote the orientation of becoming the largest automobile and motorbike center in the country, a center for research, development, production, assembly and supply of supporting industrial components of regional and international stature.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee believes and expects that Honda Vietnam Company will continue to innovate, expand its scale, enhance its position, and contribute more to the development of the locality and the country.
