Nong Son promotes the role of party organizations at the grassroots level

Phu Gia 1 is the first village of Ninh Phuoc commune to complete the construction of a model new rural residential area.

Ms. Phan Hoang Tien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Front Work Committee of Phu Gia 1 village shared that in order to complete the criteria of the model new rural area, the Party Cell, Party Cell, and People's Committee of the village had a meeting and agreed on a specific implementation plan for each content. At the same time, meetings were held for each residential group so that people could know and discuss appropriate solutions.

According to Ms. Tien, the most effective way is for the Party Cell to assign Party members to stay close to the locality, promptly grasp the aspirations and pressing issues of the people, and always be exemplary and take the lead in all activities so that the people believe and follow.

“Thanks to the effective implementation of tasks, the village has now completed all 10 criteria of a model new rural village. The average income per capita of the village is currently nearly 50 million VND/year; the poverty rate has decreased to 8.02%,” said Ms. Tien.

The story in Phu Gia 1 village is just one of the typical examples of grassroots party organizations operating effectively when having the support of higher-level Party committees.

Mr. Phan Thanh Cuong - Deputy Secretary of Ninh Phuoc Commune Party Committee said that from the beginning of the term, the Commune Party Committee assigned the Party Committee and the Standing Committee to monitor all aspects of work; the structure of commune officials and civil servants into Party Committees and Party cells to promptly propagate the Party's guidelines and State's policies to the people. Especially focusing on promoting the role of each Party cell and village, from which there are solutions suitable to local realities.

Currently, Nong Son district has 29 villages and residential groups; the number of non-professional workers in villages and residential groups is 113 people, holding 5 positions including: Party cell secretary, head of CTMT committee of villages and residential groups; village chief, residential group leader, police officer; village/team leader and 301 people.

The team of Party cell secretaries, village chiefs, and residential group leaders in the district have deployed and mobilized people of all walks of life to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and tasks at the grassroots level, focusing on socio-economic development, ensuring environmental sanitation, site clearance, and new rural construction...

Mr. Ngo Van Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of Nong Son District Party Committee said that in order to effectively carry out tasks in each locality and unit, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has delegated members, cadres, and leaders of departments and branches to regularly participate in activities at Party cells. From there, promote and correct limitations, helping Party cells successfully complete assigned tasks.
