Novaland, Military Bank (MBBANK) and contractors signed a cooperation agreement to finance and restart the Novaworld Phan Thiet project.

On May 19, 2023, Novaland, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBBank) and contractors Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company, Construction Investment and Mechanical Joint Stock Company No. 9 (Coma9), Tan Ha Investment Company Limited, Tai Viet Tin Construction Company Limited signed a cooperation agreement to restart the NovaWorld Phan Thiet project.

According to the signed agreement, MBBank commits to provide financial support to Delta – Valley Binh Thuan Company Limited and the direct contractors, ensuring that the project continues to be implemented. The contractors commit to coordinate with the parties to ensure construction progress and quality, aiming to accompany the Investor in completing facilities and handing over houses to customers in stages.

Following the positive signals from the relaunch of The Grand Manhattan project (District 1) in April, Novaland Group has continued to work with partners to seek solutions to soon put a series of key metropolitan projects into construction. Specifically, the NovaWorld Ho Tram Tourism - Resort - Entertainment Complex (Ba Ria - Vung Tau) was relaunched on May 12 and the NovaWorld Phan Thiet Economic Tourism Urban Area on May 19.

NovaWorld Phan Thiet, with a scale of 1,000 hectares, has been systematically planned. Although it has only been put into operation in phase 1, it has attracted residents to settle down and do business, creating jobs for tens of thousands of local workers in various fields and attracting hundreds of thousands of tourists thanks to its diverse and new tourism and resort experiences. Just counting the holidays, Tet and major events in the past time, NovaWorld Phan Thiet has attracted nearly 150,000 tourists to stay, play and entertain.

Only 2 hours away from Ho Chi Minh City via Dau Giay - Phan Thiet Expressway, NovaWorld Phan Thiet is expected to be an "explosive" destination during the National Tourism Year 2023 taking place in Binh Thuan.
