On May 27, social media was abuzz with a post by a female student of class 65, Vinh University, denouncing the inappropriate behavior of an officer at the one-stop department during the process of requesting support for academic records to be notarized.
According to the post, the female student needed to have her transcript notarized to resolve personal matters. However, because she had reserved her academic results, she could not borrow the transcript.

On the afternoon of May 23, when she went to the one-stop office to complete the procedures to withdraw her application, an officer named Q. guided the female student to fill out a withdrawal application. After hearing her situation, the officer advised the female student not to drop out and promised to help her borrow her transcript and notarize it herself. The female student felt grateful and agreed to follow the instructions.
At 5:30 p.m. on May 26, the female student came to receive the notarized transcript as scheduled. Here, according to the story, officer Q. showed many signs of going beyond the limit. At first, there were suggestive words such as: "Teacher has created an opportunity, now what can I give you?", then invited her to go for a drink and raised her pinky finger to "promise".
Not stopping there, when walking towards the parking area, this person also put his arm around the female student's shoulder and hugged her waist, making her panic.
"I shook the teacher's hand away, and he asked, "Are you shaking?" before giving me the papers and I immediately left the area because there were no officers left at that time," the female student shared in the post.

The female student's status was spread on social networks (Screenshot).
Many opinions say that if the above-mentioned officer's behavior is true, it is a serious violation of professional ethics in the pedagogical environment.
The female student said that she had considered carefully before making the story public, with the hope of warning and calling on similar cases to boldly speak up to prevent anti-educational behavior from continuing in the pedagogical environment.
"Such a person cannot survive in an educational environment. I was lucky to escape, but I'm afraid there will be other weak, hesitant, and reluctant friends who don't dare to speak up," the female student wrote.
"The person being reported is an administrative officer, not a lecturer. Immediately after the incident was reported, the school suspended this officer to serve the verification. The school's stance is to handle the case strictly, handling it to the extent possible," said a Vinh University officer.
