At around 11:30 p.m., many areas on Me Suot Street were flooded from 0.5 to about 1 meter deep, flooding into people's houses. During the night, the water rose suddenly, people hurriedly raised their belongings to avoid damage, and evacuated to higher areas...

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force of Lien Chieu District and the Police of Hoa Khanh Nam Ward were also present to assist in evacuating people living in deeply flooded alleys to high houses on the street.
