According to Investing , Nvidia's GPU Technology Conference (GTC 2025 - USA) is expected to bring notable information about the next generation of AI servers. According to a report from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of TF International Securities, this event could impact the AI market, especially in the context of recent signs of technology stocks falling.
One of the expected highlights of the conference is the Blackwell B300 chip, the successor to the previous Blackwell B200 series. This chip line has two variants: dual-die (CoWoS-L) and single-die (CoWoS-S), with HBM memory capacity increased from 192 GB to 288 GB. The B300's performance is expected to be 50% higher than the B200. Nvidia plans to test-produce the B300 in the second quarter of 2025 and deploy mass production in the third quarter of the same year.

In addition, the conference could shed light on the production progress of the GB200 NVL72, one of the products that has been attracting market attention. If Nvidia can release real-world data on the deployment of this device in data centers, and provide details on the upgrade path from B200 to B300, it could help reshape investor expectations for the new product line.
In addition to the B300 chip, Nvidia is expected to introduce the GB300 NVL72 AI server system. This product is expected to have the same rack size and power requirements as the previous GB200 NVL32 model, ensuring the ability to integrate into existing data centers. The GB300 NVL72 prototype is expected to be released in June 2025.
In addition to the chips and servers, Nvidia may announce several new solutions in the data center networking space, including the Quantum-3, Quantum-X800, Spectrum-5, and ConnectX-8 (CX8). The CX8 is designed to double the speed of its predecessor, while combining with SuperNICs and PCIe switches to reduce power consumption by about 30%.
Although Edge AI is considered one of the important development trends, the main content of GTC 2025 is likely to focus on the AI server segment. AI PC-related solutions, such as N1X and N1, may be introduced at Computex 2025 (Taiwan) which takes place later.
