Mr. Le Minh Hoan: From Department Director to Vice Chairman of the National Assembly
(Dan Tri) - From the position of director of a department in Dong Thap, Mr. Hoan gradually became Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council. He spent nearly a term as Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development before being elected Vice Chairman of the National Assembly.
