On the morning of September 29, the People's Council of Phuc Tho district, Hanoi held the 14th session - thematic session of the 20th term People's Council, term 2021-2026.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Phuc Tho district elected Mr. Le Van Thu - Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Phuc Tho district, term 2020-2025, as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district, term 2021-2026, with 100% of the votes in favor.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new Vice Chairman of Phuc Tho District People's Committee, Le Van Thu, said that he will make efforts to build the district to develop quickly and sustainably, completing and exceeding the targets set by the Resolution of the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Phuc Tho District.

At this session, the People's Council of Phuc Tho district also elected Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan, Head of the district's Department of Culture and Information, as a member of the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district for the 2021-2026 term.

Mr. Le Van Thu was born on October 1, 1980 in Xuan Lai commune, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province, and has a Master's degree in Non-traditional Security. Before being elected Vice Chairman of Phuc Tho District People's Committee, Mr. Le Van Thu was Deputy Head of Hanoi Urban Railway Management Board.
