Mr. Toai painfully cut Cong's hair.

Episode 51 of "Our Family's Unexpected Joy" was touching, especially the scene where Mr. Toai (People's Artist Bui Bai Binh) personally cuts Cong's (Quang Su) hair. Touching his son's hair and seeing it fall out, Mr. Toai was heartbroken: "He's only had two rounds of chemotherapy, and so much hair is falling out."

Mr. Toai personally cuts Cong's hair in episode 51 of "Our Family Has a Sudden Joyful Moment".

Despite being mentally prepared, fear showed on Cong's face after hearing his father's words. He tried to reassure his father: "It's probably partly because I used the wrong shampoo, Dad. Just cut it all off. I'm having surgery next week anyway, so I won't have to wash my hair anymore." Cong forced a smile to ease his father's worries and continued cutting off his hair.

Also in episode 52 of "Our Family Suddenly Happy ," Tram Anh (Kha Ngan) tells Ha (Lan Phuong) to go teach Long while she cleans up after the meal. Ha is surprised because previously, only Phuong (Kieu Anh) had said that to her. She thanks her sister-in-law and goes upstairs to teach her child.

In the kitchen, Tram Anh was clearing the dishes after the meal. Although their "cold war" was still going on, seeing Tram Anh struggling alone, Danh (Thanh Son) came to help his wife. He said, "Cooking isn't just for women. I can do it."

Toai's friend encouraged Cong to have more faith in his cancer treatment.

In episode 51, Mr. Toai and his two sons happily chat at a beer pub. Today's meal includes a special guest: Mr. Dat, Mr. Toai's friend who is still healthy despite battling cancer. Mr. Dat asserts that even with cancer, he is now twice as healthy as Mr. Toai.

Admiring his friend, Mr. Toai said, "I must say, Mr. Dat's fighting spirit against the disease is amazing." Hearing this, Mr. Toai's children, especially Cong, felt renewed hope of overcoming the terrible disease. Mr. Dat encouraged Cong, "If the enemy couldn't kill us, what are these insignificant cancers compared to that?"

Thanh and Cong went to the parent-teacher meeting for Long.

Also in episode 51 of the series "Our Family Suddenly Has Fun ," Cong and Thanh (Doan Quoc Dam) attend a parent-teacher meeting for their son Long. Thanh explains that Long didn't fail, but the teacher called him in to discuss Long's music studies. Cong finds it hard to understand because at home, Long can sing forty or fifty songs by heart, but in class, he can't remember a single one. "Terrible, so terrible, I didn't think you couldn't remember even one song," Thanh says.

After being scolded by his father, Long explained that it wasn't that he didn't know the lyrics, but that he couldn't sing them. Hearing this, Thanh and his brother guessed that Long had some other reason.
