To effectively apply digital transformation to its production and business operations, Quang Tri Power Company (PC Quang Tri) has implemented an automated phase control system. This system helps to quickly and accurately control data, replacing the time-consuming and less accurate manual operations used previously.

The process of recording customer meter readings in a staggered manner is a mandatory task that must be carried out quarterly according to Decree 137/2013/ND-CP and the "Measurement Procedure" under the Electricity Business Procedures issued with Decision No. 1199/QD-EVN dated September 1, 2021, of Vietnam Electricity Group.
Accordingly, company leaders, heads of departments, directors, deputy directors of power plants, as well as business staff can monitor reports on the control of customer electricity usage through the Quang Tri Power Company's electronic portal at: http://qtpc.cpc.vn/ under the "Control of Electricity Usage" section.
This system will extract data from the CMIS program and automatically aggregate it through the unit's own built-in Service system. From there, the data is visualized and displayed on the user's device interface. This allows unit leaders and sales staff to understand the current billing status and make appropriate adjustments according to the regulations for billing customer electricity usage.
The automated divergence monitoring reporting system, linked with real-time data, enables regular reporting aggregation. Specifically, the system automatically sends daily messages via eOffice Chat at 7:00 AM, allowing power company managers and business personnel to access data promptly and effectively manage divergence monitoring.
Previously, before the availability of software tools to support surcharge control, Quang Tri Power Company had to perform this manually, using data from the CMIS program combined with Excel spreadsheets. These manual operations were time-consuming and lacked accuracy. Now, with the automated surcharge control reporting system, units can accurately and quickly monitor and control data on non-resident customers whose surcharges do not comply with regulations.
In addition, the automated reporting system for tracking performance helps managers proactively monitor, understand, and manage customer care activities in a timely manner.
This helps management gain a comprehensive overview of the electricity needs and usage patterns of major and key customers. In particular, it enables proactive monitoring, timely understanding, and effective management of customer service and the company's production and business operations.
The implementation of an automated system for monitoring and automatically sending alert messages regarding customer electricity usage has shortened reporting time, streamlined the processing of electricity usage monitoring, and enabled proactive management and operation of production and business activities, thereby contributing to improved electricity quality for customers. This is a testament to Quang Tri Power Company's efforts in automating production and business processes to better meet the demands of digital transformation within the enterprise.
