Petrolimex spreads voluntary blood donation movement to celebrate 70th anniversary

On June 26, 2025, the Youth Union of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex Youth Union/Group Youth Union) and the Vietnam National Petroleum Trade Union (Vinaoil Trade Union) jointly organized the voluntary blood donation program "Pink Gasoline Drops - Red Oil Drops" at VCCI Building, No. 9 Dao Duy Anh, Hanoi. The program attracted the participation of a large number of workers inside and outside the industry, collecting 269 units of blood.

Petrolimex Deputy General Director Nguyen Sy Cuong presented flowers to encourage employees to participate in voluntary blood donation.

The blood donation program “Pink Gasoline Drops – Red Oil Drops” is an annual social security activity that bears the typical mark of Petrolimex. This year’s program aims at a series of events to celebrate the 5th Party Congress of the Group, the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025) and towards the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group.

Voluntary blood donation is not the responsibility or duty of a specific individual but requires the joint efforts of the whole community. “Pink Gasoline Drops – Red Oil Drops” is the positive contribution of the Petrolimex staff and employees to the flow of voluntary blood donation movement across the country. The spirit of “Mutual Love and Support”, “Responsibility for the Community” continues to be acted upon by the young generation and Petrolimex employees, highlighting the 70-year tradition of building and developing Petrolimex.
