Allocate 22 billion VND to support the Northern provinces

On the afternoon of September 23, news from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city said that this agency had transferred 2 billion VND to the account of the Relief Mobilization Committee (Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province) to use the Tam Long Viet Fund (Vietnam Television) to rebuild houses and civil works in Lang Nu (Phuc Khanh commune, Bao Yen district) that were buried by flash floods in storm No. 3 (storm Yagi) according to the direction of the Prime Minister at the inspection and work on overcoming the consequences of the flash flood on September 12.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city received support for the northern provinces affected by storm No. 3.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city also transferred 1 billion VND to the accounts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of 7 northern provinces that suffered heavy damage from storm No. 3, including Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Yen Bai , Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Son La, Ha Giang, each province to support people to overcome the consequences and soon stabilize their lives.

Information from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City also said that as of 3:30 p.m. on September 20, the Relief Mobilization Committee (Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City) had received support and contributions from 3,342 agencies, units, organizations and individuals with a total amount of VND 22,847,228,754 (cash is VND 1,972,082,000, through the city's Social Policy Bank account is VND 20,875,146,754).

In addition to 7 billion VND transferred to the accounts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of 7 provinces severely damaged by storms and 2 billion VND to support the reconstruction of Lang Nu; the Relief Mobilization Committee (Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City) transferred 13,000,000,000 VND to the account of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee (Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front) to synthesize and balance support for localities damaged by storm No. 3.

Previously, on September 22, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city publicly disclosed information (statement) of nearly 23 billion VND in support of the northern provinces from 3,300 agencies, units, organizations and individuals (as of the afternoon of September 20).
