Strive to build and effectively operate the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang by 2030.

The City People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on building the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang city.

The plan aims to strive by 2030 to build and effectively operate the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang , attracting strategic partners, financial institutions, support services, legal services and international and domestic legal, accounting and auditing consulting units to invest and operate.

Activities to implement the plan: actively coordinate with the Ministry of Finance and central ministries, departments and branches to advise the Government on developing Government decrees on the international financial center; select personnel, establish a preparatory committee and ensure operating conditions for agencies and organizations under the International Financial Center in Da Nang; study options for hiring domestic and international experts and personnel with capacity and experience to participate in the management and operation of the International Financial Center in Da Nang; review, complete and prepare infrastructure to serve the International Financial Center in Da Nang, including studying the exploitation of the ICT building in Software Park No. 2 to organize activities, and at the same time studying the exploitation and use of planned land areas; Research and propose component projects on information technology, traffic infrastructure, and engineering to serve the International Financial Center in Da Nang in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026-2030, closely coordinate with investors to ensure the operating conditions of the financial center after it is put into operation; organize working delegations of the city to study and learn the establishment and operation models of international financial centers; organize domestic and foreign investment promotion activities, build the brand of the International Financial Center in Da Nang as modern, open, prestigious and highly competitive; exploit and effectively use resources from the Central and local levels to implement infrastructure projects...

Plan implementation period is 2025-2030.
