Comments on the logo design contest for the Hue City Business Association at the conference

The contest is open to organizations, individuals, and groups of professional and non-professional authors inside and outside Hue City. Entries must be new and unpublished.

The entries must reflect the consistent spirit in the journey of building and developing the HHDN of Hue City, which is "Solidarity - Creativity - Development"; demonstrating the dynamism, professionalism, prestige and local identity of Hue. At the same time, meet the design requirements such as: high aesthetics, scientific layout, easy to understand, easy to remember, easy to recognize and easy to apply in the activities of HHDN. The logo can include the Vietnamese abbreviation "HHDN TP. Hue" or the English "HUEBA". Each author can submit up to 5 designs, accompanied by an idea description of no more than 300 words.

Entries must be submitted directly, by email or by post to the organizing committee, by 4:00 p.m. on June 15, 2025 (based on the postmark). Results are expected to be announced from June 15 to 22 and awards will be given at the end of June 2025.

The prize structure includes: 1 First Prize worth 15 million VND; 4 Consolation Prizes, each worth 5 million VND; and souvenirs for 5 works that entered the Final Round but did not win. The winning works will be officially used by HHDN, registered for intellectual property protection and the original will not be returned.

Mr. Tran Van My, Chairman of the Hue City Business Association, said that the contest is not only artistic but also a strategic step to form a spiritual symbol, creating a common mark for the Hue business community. An impressive and sophisticated logo will contribute to connecting businesses with each other, with the community and with the vision of developing a civilized, modern and sustainable city.
