- Vinh Trach Youth join hands to "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses"
This is a practical activity with profound humanitarian meaning, contributing to gradually improving the quality of life for people, especially policy beneficiaries and meritorious people.
According to records, in An Trach commune, there are currently 90 houses that need to be rebuilt and upgraded (70 houses need to be repaired and 20 houses need to be newly built).
Despite unfavorable weather, the demolition of houses always has the support of the commune police force.
Mr. Huynh Van Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee of An Trach Commune, informed: “Immediately after the policy was issued, the commune established a Steering Committee and developed regulations assigning specific tasks to each member, in charge of each hamlet area to organize the implementation. At the same time, the commune police force was directed to proactively coordinate and directly go to each household to support. In the past few days, the police comrades have not been afraid of difficulties, participating with the people in dismantling and transporting materials, contributing to speeding up the construction progress, determined to complete before July 24, on time as prescribed”.
The Commune Police force accompanied the working delegation to visit households, demonstrating their solidarity and affection towards the people.
Not only is it a milestone in time, the completion of the houses before the anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27) also has spiritual significance, a deep gratitude of today's generation to those who sacrificed and contributed to the independence and freedom of the nation. The spacious and solid houses completed on this occasion will be a meaningful gift, contributing to alleviating losses and difficulties, helping families with preferential policies to reduce their worries about housing and stabilize their lives.
Although the weather in the past few days has been erratic, sometimes hot and sometimes heavy rain, the Commune Police force has still shown a clear sense of responsibility. The image of soldiers covered in mud, urgently dismantling the corrugated iron roof, clearing the ground... has left a deep impression on the hearts of local people. All have the same goal, helping policy families soon have a new, spacious, safe home, and a stable life in the long term.
All have the same goal of helping policy families soon have a new, spacious and safe home.
Captain Mai Van Tang, Deputy Chief of the Commune Police, shared: “Implementing the direction of the Party Committee and the Commune People's Committee on the policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for policy families in the area, the An Trach Commune Police force determined that this is not only a political task, but also the responsibility and sentiment of the Police soldiers towards the People. With the spirit of "Serving the People", in the past days, all the Commune Police soldiers have actively coordinated with other forces to participate with the local government, the brothers always try their best, take advantage of time, and are determined to contribute to completing the assigned schedule on time".
This practical and meaningful work not only helps families with meritorious services to have stable lives but also demonstrates the close relationship between the army and the people. Thereby, it further affirms the role and responsibility of the police force in social security work, building a beautiful image of the People's Police soldiers who forget themselves for the country and serve the people.
