At the same time, promote people to actively plant, care for, and protect trees and ornamental flowers to replace weeds to create aesthetic highlights, actively participate in maintaining the "Bright - green - clean - beautiful" route associated with the implementation of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life". Mobilize people to replace signs and update addresses to match the arrangement of new administrative units.

Hong Dan commune's departments, branches and unions propagate to business households, traders to install advertising signs, signboards, arrange and display goods according to regulations, and not encroach on traffic safety corridors.
