The signing ceremony between Long Chau and Organon took place in the context of Vietnam-US celebrating 30 years of diplomatic relations. The cooperation between the two units not only marks a step forward for Vietnamese women's health, but also reflects the spirit of companionship, respect and mutual development between businesses of the two countries.

In Vietnam, the high rate of unwanted pregnancies and abortions not only affects physical health, but also leaves lasting psychological trauma, silently reducing the quality of life and happiness of women. Therefore, the two units cooperate to build a comprehensive reproductive health care ecosystem, bringing practical and sustainable changes to the community.

Through cooperation, the two sides aim to spread essential knowledge about proactive care, improve consulting skills for professional pharmacists, and support the female community to access appropriate and safe contraceptive solutions.

It is not only a basic right, but also an essential factor for women to take control of their own health, future and life, thereby nurturing happy families and contributing to the sustainable development of the community and the country.

Implementing the cooperation contents, more than 18,000 pharmacists across the pharmacy system will receive specialized training and workshops to improve their professional capacity. In addition, the two sides will step up public education campaigns through social media and mass media channels, focusing on raising awareness of modern contraception and the right to choose in health care, an essential right of women, but one that still faces many barriers in practice.

In particular, 1,000 medical cabinets will be donated to medical stations in remote areas, carrying the hope of narrowing the healthcare gap and spreading real concern to each locality, each woman, whether in urban or rural areas.
