Launching Tree Planting Festival and Youth Month 2025

Hai Phong City, on the morning of February 14, 2025, at Thuong Ly Petroleum Depot, Petroleum Company Region III (Petrolimex Hai Phong), the Youth Union of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex/Group) in coordination with Petrolimex Hai Phong, Petrolimex Waterway Transport Corporation organized the launching ceremony of the tree planting festival with the theme "Green Journey - Green Future" and Kick-off the Youth Month 2025 .

Attending and directing the launching ceremony of the tree planting festival were comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tu - Deputy General Director of the Group; also attending and encouraging the Petrolimex youth were comrade Nguyen Thanh Son - Chairman of the Vietnam Petroleum Trade Union; Comrade Le Thi Thanh Ha - Chairman and Director of Petrolimex Hai Phong; Comrade Pham Viet Khoa - General Director of Petrolimex Waterway Transport Corporation; comrades representing the leaders of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; leaders of the Group's Party Committee's Staff Board; leaders and representatives of the trade union, Petrolimex Hai Phong Youth Union and Petrolimex Waterway Transport Corporation; Representatives of the Petrolimex Youth Union were comrade Tran Quang Vinh - Secretary of the Youth Union; Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tu - Deputy Secretary in charge and comrades representing the Executive Committee, standing members of the Youth Union of the Youth Union units under the Group's Youth Union.

Speaking at the ceremony, Petrolimex Deputy General Director Nguyen Ngoc Tu affirmed that this is an extremely important activity, aiming to continue affirming the pioneering role and responsibility of Petrolimex workers and youth in protecting the environment, responding to climate change as well as concretizing the government's commitment at COP26 and also an activity to connect workers, youth union members, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in tree planting and protection.

Petrolimex Deputy General Director Nguyen Ngoc Tu emphasized that in the coming time, Petrolimex leaders, officers and employees will join hands, be united, and determined to successfully carry out assigned tasks, continue the 70-year tradition of building and developing Petrolimex, and step forward with the country into a new era.

Also on the same day, February 14, 2025, the delegation offered incense at Nguyen Duc Canh Temple; visited So Dau Tower; Petroimex Hai Phong traditional room; gave gifts to employees at Petrolimex-Store 02 and Thuong Ly Petroleum Depot.
