Launching Logistics Connectivity Platform to Boost Competitiveness for Small and Medium Enterprises

On September 15 in Hanoi, Vietnam SuperPort™, Vietnam Post Logistics and Visa, in collaboration with partners in the fields of banking, finance and technology, officially launched the Logistics Connectivity Platform within the framework of the Logistics and Digital Trade Connectivity Conference. This platform provides small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with integrated solutions in logistics, finance and technology, contributing to improving competitiveness in domestic and international markets.

The Logistics Connectivity Platform is ready to go live and provides SMEs with a comprehensive digital process from ordering to payment, integrating real-time order tracking, simplifying documentation procedures and making the process transparent. In addition, the platform also connects directly to the bonded warehouse system, transportation network and financial services such as loans, disbursements and diverse payments.

By improving cash flow and reducing reliance on paperwork, the platform helps SMEs operate more efficiently and confidently participate in global trade. During the pilot phase, the initiative will focus on businesses in Phu Tho and Tay Ninh provinces, then expand to other provinces and cities nationwide.

Dr. Yap Kwong Weng, CEO of Vietnam SuperPort™, said that through cooperation and leveraging the strengths of strategic partners to build a completely new technology platform, opening up an “all-in-one” ecosystem for small and medium enterprises to improve their competitiveness in the market.

The platform launch also marked the establishment of a strategic partnership between Vietnam SuperPort™, Vietnam Post Logistics, Techcombank , Visa and Doxa Holdings International. The partners will jointly promote and complement their strengths in the logistics sector, develop technology platforms, banking solutions and international payment systems, thereby building a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the SME community.

Mr. Vo Xuan Hoai, Deputy Director of the National Innovation Center (NIC), said that creating a modern, digital, multi-modal integrated logistics ecosystem not only contributes to promoting economic growth but also enhances Vietnam's position.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Yap Kwong Weng, CEO of Vietnam SuperPort™, emphasized: “The Logistics Connectivity Platform affirms our commitment to promoting digital transformation in the logistics sector and supporting Vietnamese SMEs to reach out to the world. Through cooperation and leveraging the strengths of strategic partners, we are building a completely new technology platform that opens up an “all-in-one” ecosystem, helping businesses to be competitive in the international market.”

Launch of Logistics Marketplace Platform

As supply chains become increasingly interconnected, the efficiency of cross-border trade depends on the ability of financial flows to be as seamless and rapid as the movement of goods between parties. A recent study by Visa shows that Vietnamese businesses are leading the Asia-Pacific region in the adoption of B2B card payments, clearly reflecting Vietnam’s readiness for digital transformation in business operations. Through commercial payment solutions, Visa helps businesses streamline procurement processes, optimize cash flow and improve operational efficiency.

In addition, within the framework of the Logistics and Digital Trade Connection Conference, Vietnam SuperPort™ introduced the cargo handling capacity of the air cargo warehouse, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and Robotics, opening a new step in building a modern multimodal supply chain in Vietnam.
