Vietnam has more than 5.2 million individual business households, estimated to contribute about 30% of GDP and create jobs for tens of millions of workers. This force is considered the "blood vessels" of the national consumer economy , but is also facing many new challenges as digital transformation takes place extensively. Regulations on implementing electronic invoices, transparency of goods sources, and abolishing lump-sum tax from January 1, 2026 also pose problems of management and adaptation capacity, requiring business households to transform to keep up with the times and develop sustainably.

Faced with that reality, One Mount Distribution (OMD), a member of One Mount Group, has pioneered in deploying a technology solution specifically for small traders.
In 2020, OMD launched VinShop, a platform connecting manufacturers - distributors - retailers, helping shop owners "sell more easily, more effectively and live better in the digital age". For distributors, the data system allows real-time tracking of goods circulation, identifying good growth points of sale, thereby creating more optimal supply plans. For brands and suppliers, OneShop provides multi-dimensional market data, helping to make quick, accurate decisions that are close to Vietnamese consumer needs.
Thanks to that, OneShop creates a "closed data circle", seamlessly connecting manufacturers - distributors - stores - consumers, contributing to promoting a transparent, efficient and modern supply chain.
To realize its mission, OneShop is developed based on 4 pillars: Technology and data including technology infrastructure designed according to digital-first principles, completely digitizing all activities across the chain, applying AI and real-time data analysis to support decision-making for all links in the value chain, helping stores "import goods smartly - sell fast - manage effectively; genuine and diverse source of goods distributing more than 10,000 genuine fast-moving consumer goods products, ensuring stable supply, quality and good prices; smart logistics infrastructure, with a 25,000 m2 warehouse system and a 10,000 m2 satellite warehouse, with an on-time delivery and vehicle occupancy rate of 96%; the combined strength of partners including logistics, finance and production, helping to expand scale and spread value to millions of businesses across the country.
Currently, OneShop is accompanying more than 120,000 grocery stores nationwide. In the next 5 years, the platform aims to expand its coverage and gradually connect all 5.2 million Vietnamese small businesses into an open ecosystem. There, every store has the opportunity to develop and get rich with technology.
