Vietnam has over 5.2 million individual business households, estimated to contribute approximately 30% of GDP and create jobs for tens of millions of workers. This force is considered the "lifeblood" of the national consumer economy , but it is also facing many new challenges as digital transformation takes place extensively. Regulations on the implementation of electronic invoices, transparency of goods sources, and the abolition of lump-sum tax from January 1, 2026, also pose challenges to management capacity and adaptation, requiring business households to transform themselves to keep pace with the times and achieve sustainable development.

In response to this reality, One Mount Distribution (OMD), a member of One Mount Group, has pioneered the deployment of a technology solution specifically for small businesses.
In 2020, OMD launched VinShop, a platform connecting manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, helping shop owners "sell more easily, more efficiently, and live better in the digital age." After 5 years of development, One Mount Distribution serves more than 120,000 grocery stores, connecting over 500 brands and suppliers, and providing 10,000 genuine products across essential product categories.

OneShop brings a new generation of solutions to help small businesses manage sales, provide electronic invoices, business reports, and access loan tools more easily.
OneShop remains committed to its goal: "Every small shop will become a digital store, leaving no one behind in Vietnam's digital transformation journey." For distributors, the data system allows for real-time tracking of goods flow, identifying high-growth sales points, and thus creating more optimal supply plans. For brands and suppliers, OneShop provides multi-dimensional market data, helping them make quick, accurate decisions that closely match Vietnamese consumer needs.
Thanks to this, OneShop creates a "closed data loop," seamlessly connecting manufacturers, distributors, stores, and consumers, contributing to a transparent, efficient, and modern supply chain.
To realize its mission, OneShop is developed based on four pillars: Technology and data, including a technology infrastructure designed according to the digital-first principle, completely digitizing all operations throughout the chain, applying AI and real-time data analysis to support decision-making for all links in the value chain, helping stores "smartly source goods - sell quickly - manage effectively"; a diverse and authentic product range distributing over 10,000 genuine fast-moving consumer goods, ensuring a stable supply of quality goods at good prices; a smart logistics infrastructure, with a 25,000 m2 warehouse system and 10,000 m2 satellite warehouses, achieving an on-time delivery and vehicle occupancy rate of 96%; and the synergistic strength of partners including logistics, finance, and production, helping to expand scale and spread value to millions of businesses nationwide.
Currently, OneShop is partnering with over 120,000 grocery stores nationwide. Over the next five years, the platform aims to expand its reach and gradually connect all 5.2 million Vietnamese small businesses into an open ecosystem. In this ecosystem, every store will have the opportunity to grow and prosper through technology.
