Delegates voted to elect the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the PNQD agency for the 2025-2030 term.

In the period of 2021-2025, the Women's Union of the PNQD Department has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the resolutions, directives and instructions of the superiors; comprehensively completed the targets and tasks of the center with good and excellent results. The work of the Union and the emulation movement have many innovations and creativity; the content and forms of activities are increasingly practical, a number of effective models of activities are replicated throughout the army, actively contributing to the strategic advisory work on women in the whole army. Cadres and members always maintain political courage, uphold the sense of responsibility, complete well the assigned tasks, worthy of the title of Uncle Ho's Soldiers in the new period, promote the qualities of "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty, responsibility", strive to achieve the criteria of women in the Army "Intelligence, courage, discipline, humanity". For 4 consecutive years, the Women's Union of the PNQD Department has achieved the title of "Excellent Strong" and was commended by the Central Committee as a typical advanced collective for the period 2021-2025, contributing to building a comprehensively strong agency "Exemplary, typical".

The Congress took place in a democratic, united and responsible atmosphere, attracting many enthusiastic and practical opinions, demonstrating the intelligence and constructive spirit of the cadres and members. The Congress elected 3 comrades with qualities, capacity and prestige to the Executive Committee of the Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term; appointed 2 delegates to attend the Conference summarizing women's work and women's movement of the TCCT agency for the 2025-2030 period.

The congress took place in an atmosphere of solidarity, democracy and high unity.

The Congress determined the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on the following key contents: Building a contingent of cadres and members with strong political will, good expertise, meeting the criteria of "Courage, intelligence, discipline, and humanity"; Promoting emulation movements, the Campaign "Building a family of 5 yes, 3 clean", paying attention to health care, preventing social evils, and abuse of women and children; Building a strong Association, innovating activities associated with political tasks, strengthening coordination, sharing experiences, and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of women. In particular, two important breakthroughs were identified: Promoting digital transformation in the Association's work and emulation movements associated with political tasks, accompanying women in the Army to improve digital capacity; improving the quality of cadres and members for comprehensive development, meeting the requirements of the new era.

Members actively responded to the model "Save for yourself, save for the needy".
