Promoting cultural values and people of Duc Tho

Many enthusiastic opinions were proposed by delegates at the seminar "Outline of Vietnamese culture associated with preserving and promoting cultural values and people of Duc Tho, Ha Tinh ".

On the afternoon of November 17, Duc Tho District Political Center coordinated with the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department to organize a seminar on "Outline of Vietnamese culture associated with preserving and promoting cultural values and people of Duc Tho". Representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Duc Tho District leaders attended.

At the seminar, delegates contributed many papers affirming the value of the 1943 "Outline on Vietnamese Culture"; the process of inheriting the outline and the achievements of the cultural sector associated with promoting the cultural values and people of Duc Tho.

Many opinions expressed concerns about a number of issues in the cultural field that still have many limitations and obstacles such as: The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" is still lacking in depth, the cultural potential in some localities has not been exploited and promoted to its full potential; the work of developing, collecting and preserving traditional cultural values such as festivals, craft villages, folk songs, traditional musical instruments is still limited; a number of historical and cultural relics are degraded and lost, the work of managing, restoring and renovating some relics still has many shortcomings; a part of the youth has lost faith, is far from cultural traditions...

Delegates also proposed many ideas to develop local culture to match the tradition of the land of "spiritual land and talented people"; effectively implement Resolution 06 of the Party Committee of the district, term XXX, on strengthening leadership and direction in building and promoting Duc Tho culture and people, contributing to building an advanced new-style rural district.

Speaking at the seminar, Duc Tho District Party Secretary Nguyen Thanh Dong emphasized: The enthusiastic opinions and useful solutions of the delegates will be the basis for building and developing the culture of Duc Tho people comprehensively, promoting the good traditional values of the homeland, making culture a solid spiritual foundation, a resource for socio -economic development, creating important endogenous strength, building the homeland to develop more and more.
