On the afternoon of July 31, the Standing Committee of the Ky Anh City Party Committee held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW, dated June 3, 2013 of the 11th Party Central Committee on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation"; 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW, dated January 7, 2019 of the 12th Party Central Committee Secretariat on continuing to implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW of the Central Committee (Conclusion No. 43).
During the 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25 (2013 - 2023) and 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43 (2019 - 2023), the Standing Committee of the Ky Anh City Party Committee has promptly grasped and concretized the Party's new viewpoints and policies on mass mobilization work. Accordingly, the locality focuses on promoting administrative procedure reform, rectifying the working style of cadres, civil servants and public employees; strengthening dialogue with the people; promptly resolving recommendations, reflections, complaints and denunciations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
To concretize the contents of the resolution and Conclusion No. 43, the town has implemented plans associated with innovation in implementing grassroots democracy regulations, building and spreading the models of "Skilled mass mobilization", "Government mass mobilization", "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style"...
Head of the Town Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ky Anh town - Nguyen Van Hao reported on the summary of 10 years of implementing Resolution 25-NQ/TW and 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW.
The government's mass mobilization work has been carried out quite effectively in the following areas: socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, site clearance, administrative reform; receiving people, dialogue, and handling petitions.
From 2015 to June 2023, Ky Anh town has organized more than 320 meetings and dialogues; done a good job of propaganda and mobilization for site clearance for projects, ensuring progress... up to now, 81/86 backlogs after the town's establishment have been resolved. Thereby, strengthening people's trust in the Party Committee and government, contributing to the good implementation of political tasks in the locality.

In the coming time, Ky Anh Town Party Committee will continue to thoroughly grasp the objectives, viewpoints, tasks and solutions of Resolution 25 and Conclusion No. 43 in order to continuously raise awareness of the role, position and responsibility of organizations in the political system, of cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces, and people of all walks of life in mass mobilization work; strongly arouse the spirit of patriotism, the will of national self-reliance and self-reliance, and build Ky Anh town into a city of rapid and sustainable development.
