Specifically, the fine for Uc Thinh Vietnam Glass Technical Development Company Limited, located at Lot 12A, Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park, Tam Hiep Commune, Nui Thanh District; the legal representative is Mr. JIANG ZHI BIN, Chairman and General Director, is 130 million VND.

The reason for the penalty is that the construction organization did not have a construction permit, which is required by regulations for the project of the Uc Thinh Vietnam super white flower glass factory project in Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park (phase 2).

Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee requests Uc Thinh Vietnam Glass Technical Development Company Limited to deposit into account number 7111, chapter 419, item 4299 at the State Treasury of Quang Nam province within 10 days from the date of receiving the penalty decision.
