Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh visited meritorious people in Song Kon commune

DNO - During a working trip to Song Kon commune, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh offered incense at the Quang Nam - Da Nang Armed Security Historical Site and the Memorial Stele of To Son cadres and people (Bhlo Ben village) and visited typical village elders in the area.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh and the delegation respectfully offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

The Quang Nam - Da Nang Armed Security Historical Site began construction in March 2015, with a total investment of 2.5 billion VND. The project has special significance, marking the heroic struggle of the Quang Nam Armed Security Force, the predecessor of the old Quang Nam Provincial Border Guard, established on May 19, 1961 in But Tua village with 7 initial soldiers.

At the relic site, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and members of the working delegation planted 10 fruit trees, contributing to creating a green, clean, and beautiful landscape.

On this occasion, comrade Nguyen Dinh Vinh visited village elder Poloong Jui (A Roch village) and village elder Bling Blo (Bho Bhoong village). The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee kindly inquired about their health and expressed his respect for the contributions of the village elders in mobilizing people to implement the Party and State's policies and guidelines; actively building new rural areas, maintaining security and order, and promoting traditional cultural identity.
