
The project is invested and managed by the Trade Union Project Management Board ( Vietnam General Confederation of Labor ).
The Trade Union Social Housing Area aims to serve trade union members, workers, laborers and beneficiaries of social housing policies.
The project will build 3 10-storey apartment buildings (CT1A, CT1B, CT2A + CT2B), total floor area of 50,727m2... Construction density 40%.
The apartments are equipped with kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and beds. There are two garages, one 4-storey and one 3-storey. Surrounding are outdoor stages, squares, outdoor parking lots, trees, etc.
The total investment of the project is more than 620 billion VND from the financial capital of the Trade Union organization. The project implementation period is from 2025 to 2028.
The project is expected to start construction in early 2026 and be implemented and completed within 18 months.
Currently, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requires functional units to urgently complete the procedures for approving detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500; organize the establishment, appraisal, and approval of project preparation costs and contractor selection plans.
