It is forecasted that by 10:00 a.m. on December 3, the center of the tropical depression will be at about 12.9 degrees north latitude, 109.8 degrees east longitude, over the sea from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa with the strongest wind at level 6, gusting to level 8.
The tropical depression continues to move west-southwest at a speed of about 10km/h and continues to weaken.
Due to the influence of storm No. 13 weakening into a tropical depression, the northwest sea area in the central East Sea has strong winds of level 7; the area near the storm's eye has strong winds of level 8-9, gusting to level 11; waves 3-5m high, the area near the storm's eye 5-7m, very rough seas.
From December 1, the sea area from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa will have strong north to northwest winds at level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, waves 3-5m high, and rough seas.
All vessels operating in dangerous sea areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
Coastal areas from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa need to be on guard against high tides combined with large waves causing dikes, coastal roads and coastal landslides.
On November 30 and December 1, the Central Central region and Central Highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; cold at night and in the morning. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.
From around December 2 to 4, the Central Coast region is likely to experience moderate to heavy rain; later there will be rain, showers, and locally heavy rain in the north (Da Nang).
Thunderstorms may contain tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds.
