On November 29th, the 2025 Administrative Reform and Digital Transformation Day, themed "Hoa Khanh - Where Innovation and Serving the People Converge," took place in Hoa Khanh Ward, Da Nang City.
There were nearly 60 stalls at the festival. This includes departments, agencies, technology companies, schools, banks, police forces, and community digital technology groups … with practical services such as : electronic identification, digital signatures, online public services, digital payments, STEM models, robotics, innovative solutions… to help people experience and become familiar with new services, utilities, and products using modern technology…

The stalls and activities at the festival all embodied the spirit of "Substantive - Effective - On-the-spot support".
Besides the experiences offered, the event also included gift-giving, student support, tax advice, cybersecurity awareness campaigns, folk dance competitions, and more.
On this occasion, Hoa Khanh ward signed agreements with agencies, units, and technology, finance, and telecommunications businesses, creating a foundation to promote the application of digital technology in administrative procedures, cashless payments, and the development of a digital government, digital economy , and digital society .
In particular, Hoa Khanh ward launched an AI chatbot interface on its website to support residents 24/7, and also introduced 69 community digital technology teams.

Mr. Nguyen Ha Bac, Secretary of the Hoa Khanh Ward Party Committee, said that the event is the starting point for building a more modern, smarter Hoa Khanh Ward, serving the people better . The event not only introduces many new models and technologies, but also affirms the efforts and determination of the entire political system of Hoa Khanh Ward with the motto of putting people and businesses at the center, as the subjects and driving force of digital transformation; reforming to better serve the people, ensuring people benefit and businesses thrive; making the government closer to the people, more transparent and more efficient, shifting from a management mindset to a service mindset; using the satisfaction of people and businesses as the sole measure of the quality of public service; and ensuring that no individual or organization is left behind in the digitalization process.
The event also raised 22 million VND to support people in disaster-stricken areas who suffered heavy losses recently.
