On this occasion, Hoa Khanh ward signed with agencies, units, technology - finance - telecommunications enterprises, creating a platform to promote digital applications in administrative procedures, cashless payments, building digital government, digital economy , digital society .
In particular, Hoa Khanh ward launched an AI chatbot interface on the ward's electronic information page to support people 24/7, and at the same time launched 69 community digital technology teams.

Mr. Nguyen Ha Bac, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Khanh Ward, said that the festival is the first step in building a more modern and smarter Hoa Khanh Ward to serve the people better . The festival not only introduces many new models and technologies, but also affirms the efforts and determination of the entire political system of Hoa Khanh Ward with the motto of taking people and businesses as the center, the subject and the driving force of digital transformation; reform to serve people better, people benefit, businesses are more convenient; the government is closer to the people, more transparent and more effective, shifting from a management mindset to a service mindset; taking the satisfaction of people and businesses as the sole measure of the quality of public service activities; not leaving any individual or organization behind in the digitalization process.
The festival also raised 22 million VND to support people in disaster-stricken areas that have suffered heavy losses in recent times.
