Approval of 2 Vice Chairmen of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee

(Chinhphu.vn) - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed the Prime Minister's decisions approving the election results and dismissal of the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.

Specifically, in Decision No. 1584/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province for the 2021-2026 term for the following gentlemen:

- Mr. Le Van Anh, Provincial Party Committee member, former Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province for the 2021 - 2026 term.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Cong, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Le Van Anh was born in 1973, his hometown is Hai Phong city. Mr. Le Van Anh used to hold the positions of Provincial Party Committee member, Chief Inspector of Quang Ninh province, then he was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of Mong Cai City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term. From June 2021 to July 2025, he held the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province, term XIV, term 2021-2026.

Mr. Nguyen Van Cong was born in 1981, his hometown is Quang Ninh province. Mr. Nguyen Van Cong was the Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Quang Ninh province from November 2020 to June 2021. From July 2021 to June 2025, he was a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Dong Trieu City Party Committee. From July 1, 2025 to present, he has held the position of Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

At the same time, in Decision No. 1583/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the results of the dismissal from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province for the 2021-2026 term for the following gentlemen:

- Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to receive new assignment.

- Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to receive new assignment.

The above decisions take effect from July 22, 2025.
