Approval of local adjustments to the Master Plan of Thuan An City to 2040

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1548/QD-UBND on approving local adjustments to the Master Plan of Thuan An City until 2040. Accordingly, traffic adjustments: Updating the road boundary and direction of the Saigon River route; updating the name, direction and stations of the Ho Chi Minh City - Loc Ninh national railway line passing through the area according to the higher-level planning orientation; updating the name and direction of urban railway line No. 1 and urban railway line No. 2 passing through Thuan An City according to the higher-level planning orientation, and at the same time, orienting the area where the station is expected to be located along the route (the location of the station will be determined when implementing the project).

The areas planned to arrange stations are based on the connection with urban development areas according to the TOD model, potential locations for public transport exploitation along the route and suitable distances according to railway industry regulations; adjusting the direction of CKV BC17 route from DT.743a to LKV8 road...

The People's Committee of Thuan An City is responsible for organizing the announcement and publicization of the approved partial adjustment project of the General Planning of Thuan An City to 2040; organizing the management and supervision of the implementation of the planning; responsible for providing the contents, documents, and legal data of the planning dossier; organizing the review of the establishment, adjustment, and approval of zoning and detailed planning projects to concretize the approved general planning project.
