With 166 billion VND after 2 weeks in theaters, 'Phi Phong: Blood Demon of the Sacred Forest', starring Kieu Minh Tuan, Diep Bao Ngoc, Lan Phuong, etc., has become the highest-grossing Vietnamese horror film to date.

According to statistics from Box Office Vietnam, as of 7:30 AM on May 2nd, "Phí Phông: Quỷ máu rừng thánh" (The Ghost of the Sacred Forest ) has surpassed 166 billion VND. Starring Kiều Minh Tuấn, Diệp Bảo Ngọc, and Lan Phương, the film has become the highest-grossing Vietnamese horror film of all time, exceeding the previous record of 149 billion VND held by "Quỷ nhập cỗ" (The Ghost Possessing a Corpse).

After two weeks in theaters, "Phi Phong: The Blood Demon of the Sacred Forest" continues to maintain its appeal at the box office. Do Quoc Trung's film is currently leading the daily box office with over 9.1 billion VND, equivalent to more than 91,000 tickets sold across 2,396 screenings. Despite being in theaters for over 10 days, this horror film continues to receive significant audience attention, even surpassing a series of Vietnamese films released during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day such as "The Five-Toed Pig," "The Blood Moon Feast 8," and "The Hero and the Boss."

On his personal page, Kieu Minh Tuan expressed his happiness at the film's impressive box office success. He shared that this was good news not only for him but also for all members of the crew. In addition, the 80s-born actor thanked the audience for their love and support for this project.

The actress said that when she looked back at the behind-the-scenes images, she felt strangely happy. The 9X beauty expressed: "There were moments during filming that I didn't have time to capture. All the faces in each crew, all the stories behind the camera that my small phone couldn't possibly keep. But strangely, the emotions are still intact when I look back. A very clear feeling, one of joy and happiness."

Diep Bao Ngoc shared that she is happy to be a part of the journey to create a film that everyone loves. Closely following behind is "Heo Nam Hoon ," a horror film starring Oc Thanh Van and Tran Ngoc Vang, with over 8.2 billion VND. The film is predicted to reach the 100 billion VND mark in the next few days if it continues to maintain its current stable performance.
